Unable to PM

I'm unable to post in marketplace or PM sellers. Any ideas?

I have seen multiple suggestions regarding the implementation of some restrictions when It comes to newbie account posting in the Marketplace section but I'm almost sure that no actions has been taken. Sending private messages is also possible but with some hourly limits:

I've adjusted the limits to make spamming more difficult.

This because of your actual rank.  you should be able to use these functionalities, in few times, if you can post enough in the appropriated sections

I think the problem is you have to wait 6 min between each personal message or post you make. Or maybe someone ignored you, so you can't send him messages.

The error messages should tell you the reason

I've not sent one PM or been able to make any posts in market place, so the time delay isn't correct?

if you sent a PM, post or did a search you would need to wait 360 seconds before you can do another again. as your rank becomes higher, the cooldown down will decrease
