Hi guys, rx470 of MSI or Sapphire was out of stock in my country, only HIS and Power Color remain. Can I go with HIS rx470 or Power Color rx570? How about their fan quality, hashrate? Can it survive 1 year?

so I guess stock hashrate is ~22MH/s, with little mod my rig can run stably at ~25MH/s. I've heard HIS rx470 can't be undervolted, maybe I'll go with Power Color rx570
