 The system boots fine and can mine with 3 cards but when I put 4,5 cards, the system

fails at booting with error code" Blinitializelibrary failed 0xc00000bb."

keyboard doesnt work as well. But all the fans run fine.

So far I've tried:

1. updating the bios to the latest version
2. complete reinstallation of windows 10
3. adding more RAM
4. disabling secure boot

My system's setting is:
Asrock B250 Pro4
EVGA1000W
some kaby or skylake celeron
8GB RAM
32GB ADATA SSD
5x 570 sapphire pulse.

Encountered absolutely the same problem after trying to install fourth GPU. Updated BIOS - no effect

Maybe it a driver problem.

Running on
Asus prime z270A;
GPUs: Nitro rx470 4GB;
Windows 10, x64

Hi, this happened to me too, at the end it turned out to be problem with the wrong drivers, you have to use specific ones for this kind of operation.

Run linux. Problem solved.

Stop buying industrial miners, running them at home, and then complaining about the noise.

Solution found (worked for me!):
Go to bios, preferably with one gpu and enable Above 4g decoding in Advanced options.
After connecting 4 GPUs OS launched fine

Just in case someone else faces this:

I had this issue for days and followed all the suggestions with no success. It worked finally when I disconnected the on-board GPU and used one of the mining GPUs for the monitor. Had to re-install AMD drivers as only one was visible.

Hope this helps.

1) Make sure you're running the latest BIOS!
2) Enable 4G
3) Set PCIe support to "Auto" - DO NOT MANUALLY SET TO GEN1. THIS CAUSES MAJOR ISSUES
4) Enable onboard graphics startup as first! I believe this is changing "PEG" to "IGD" or something in the Advanced BIOS
5) Plug your monitor into the ONBOARD graphics
