Buying and selling is done irrespective of the price. This gives the better earning possibilities, if one make a regular investment. Bitcoin has stabilized? Bitcoin has been a roller coaster for quite a while now with 10-20% swings in a matter of hours -- not exactly what I consider to be stable.... Other than that, buying at current levels purely depend on your targets. If you're long term minded, I don't see any reason why you shouldn't start buying right now. If you're purely interested in short term gains, I would advice you to just wait a bit, unless you know how to make use of the volatility.

I think what he's referring as stable price because currently in the last few days the price is hovering in the $2600-$2700. So maybe that is why he is saying that is it stable. Steady phase with few swings here and there. But I agree, if you think that bitcoin is for long term investment then buy it at the current price and hold on it. But you just have to keep it somewhere safe and you can go back and check it in the next years or so.

Bitcoin being the volatile coin it is,you really cannot tell that the price has being stabilized,we are at this current valuation level simple because we had a good rally in the past few months and you need to have some major news or big time investors to have another rally.

There were people who are just aiming lower prices for buying and missing current price and then regretting after seeing bitcoin prices jumped in overnight. If we are aiming to buy at $2300 levels then we may miss the current levels too. Because we cannot be sure bitcoin will be falling in near future. Prices may rise up to $5000 levels before end of this year. If you are seriously considering this big price levels then buying right now must be the right decision.

Price will not always go below $2.300 in spite of the fluctuations we know bitcoin of but it's better to buy what you can afford at current price because i believe we are headed for a better bitcoin in the coming months as we await for scaling consensus to be reached  and we might just be seeing the last of the two thousands

Exactly, you can start investing in BTCs anytime, it can be now or tomorrow, doesn't matter, it's always time to enter the game. The difference by getting in now or later, it's that the profit will take more time to be achieved as BTC price is very unstable, especially on short term. The price can drop a lot and you will see your investment negative for a while, but don't worry, the price recovers after some time (as it always happened until now).

Just would like to add an exception... As in 1 August there will be a uncommon event, nobody knows what will happen with BTC price, so if you don't like risks, just for now don't buy Bitcoins... But if you are able to take the risk, go on anyway.

if bitcoin turns back into range of $1800-$1900 then its really impossible that they will dumped bitcoin that much into this maybe if 50% of holders will gonna sell all there bitcoin or will be stock on the market exchange but you need to waste tons of money before going that. Just depends on the trading much safer and worth to grow our coins.

It's totally worth it than waiting for the price to be dumped that hard and buy for it maybe try to think first the profit when it comes with profit the first thing that came into your mind is how you gonna earn from it just holding bitcoin once you just bough it also by holding it and waiting for the price to be increase will be the best thing to do if you are just waiting for the price to become $1800 or below once the bitcoin price make it to $2.5k then sell and wait again for the dump.
