One advise for altcoin newcomers:

If you see hundreds of different newbie accounts advertising coin x chances are pretty high that the accounts are just sockpuppets for a pump and dump.

Either you guys dont buy the coin at all or play the game and sell before it's to late!

I'm here with one of brothers and my insane of a sister and none of us really even bought a single alt other than LTC.

Why would you call it scam, if you are calling a coin like BCN a scam but does it hurt if I go and start mining it then sell to the highest bidder?

For the record I already know most of the alts are in hands of a few and they're the ones pumping their prices and I know they'll dump on new comers just like many coins already did.

We're from a Muslim family and participating in ponzy is against our religion and is a wrong thing to do mate.

Dude you are going too deep, who really needs to know what is a coin? All i need to know about is how much can i gain..Majority of us enjoys this situation..

I'm not sure all those new accounts are actually real newbies. All i can see many of them, just created, talking about certain invest as professionals. Second we have good market of accounts so there is no problem to get one hero account for good price. Legendary or newbie there is no difference.

In every way try to exit on time, use hype as your own opportunity don't fall in love.
Use others fears and uncertainties, do not believe to anyone.

Some newbies still rush in to buy alts, in spite of all the warnings.
I only hope they don't go all in, lured by these crazy returns.
If they lose some money and then learn a lesson, they won't forget it in a hurry.

people here are only about the profit, if they can make profit out of a coin they would not care at all if the coin is a scam or the dev is a scammers or anything like that, you get plenty of example where many stupid coins are pumped and dumped just for the money, and those coins offer zero addition to crypto are just there to scam people

I watched one of their sockpuppet operations on the poloniex trollbox yesterday.. I swear 6 bots all started pumping digibyte at the same time and got banned, then a minute 6 more.

Dash had an instamine (accidental or not), so I guess you could call that a scam if you were being harsh.

There are too many to name here, but look out for any coin which makes vague promises like "a secure blockchain" since every coin has one of those. Most ICOs seem to be scams, like LetItRide.

Leocoin, Swiscoin, e-dinar coin and Steemit are some of the more well-known ones.
