I bought a bitcoin exchange it a bit for 3000 lumens stellar and wanted a safe place for them without being poloniex and decided do use this one
https://luuun.com/  but when it withdrawed, I never received them on my wallet

Im so pissed off right now, cause this wallet was recommended on the official stellar website. So if I lost my lumens its their fault !!!

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

try to contact them,, on email about your transactions

I did a ticker on poloniex, adter 48 hours no answers yet....

And this Luuun wallet doesnta have any contact info on their website Sad  I'm lost
