Even if you use Bitcoin through Tor, the way transactions are handled by the network makes anonymity difficult to achieve. Do not expect your transactions to be anonymous unless you really know what you're doing.

I have had some trouble with them. According to them their system sometimes glitches and adds bitcoins to peoples accounts. I made a withdrawal after several days of my account having extra money, thinking I just had an automatic deposit done. Once I withdrew the Bitcoin they then "fixed the glitch" causing my balance to be negative. I contacted customer support and they didn't reply to me for months. The price fluctuated so dramatically that I ended up having to pay a substantial sum to offset the negative balance. Once I did that, they immediately responded to my complaint. I'm still waiting to hear back and see if they're going to refund me the difference
