How do I make a VCC that works with digital ocean and so on...

So I have paid for 2 ebooks on making VCC but they all dont let me verfiy on sites they say they cant be prepaid or debit does anyone know how to make ones that work for verfiy If your method is good I am willing to pay for it if it can work for google cloud or digital ocean? I would prefer digital ocean.

Yes I agree with Lite, its better you post it here or in new thread because many people are struggling to get bitcoin plastic card or virtual card to shop online. If your VCC can be loaded with bitcoin than many people will tip you for posting a guide on how to get one.

best way will be using http://entropay.com/ as i am using them for long time and it work great as vcc and its ways to add fund in account with multiple option to do it

Entropay is one of the best websites in where you can get those virtual credit cards without any fees. But wirex works fine too, and uphold too, there are a lot of websites that are offering this kind of services in where you can load your vcc with bitcoin funds, or just with paypal funds too, i dont know what are you trying to do since i dont know digital ocean at all.
But wirex works in most of the websites, it should be fine, take a look on that card provider.
