We don't work with equipments, just medicines. We are licenced only as "pharmacy" and we don't have permission to sell any electirical medical equipments from our government.

As you say unfortunately Turkish Post tracking web site only in Turkish. By the way you can track it by United Postal Union tracking system in English.

Once shipment arrive to your country, also you can track it from your national post tracking system.

Products arrived today which is much quicker than the one previous overseas pharmacies I've used.  The product boxes and patient information leaflets are also in Turkish - no English equivalent. I wasn't charged import duty which usually happens when I import but probably just slipped through the net at the customs office.
