PPcoin Logo tweak

I'm aware that sunny isn't requiring a logo re-design but he mentioned the use of "peercoin" for the few people who veer towards sniggering at PP. So I thought I would throw it out there.

 I believe the P and reverse P on the coin below are the Chinese letter P (came up on a google search so must be right the leaves (aka Eco) which sunny has used on his .org site recently are japanes maple leaves not sure how well that all nits together or whether the oriental-esk theme is any good.

Anyway it is a good logo, way better then the original. Also the name is better because, you know, "peepeecoin" was silly

I like it, although using Chinese lettering makes it seem like it was made by/for Chinese people. Not that that is a bad thing (I like Chinese people myself), but it may limit the target audience.

Maybe perhaps use a font that is not immediately associated with China or any other nation?

Just my humble opinion..

I applaud the effort to create a design for PPCoin, which is IMO one of the more promising ALTs out there today. Definately more innovative than ChinaCoin or FeatherCoin.

There nearly 1.5billion Chinese so it might not be such a bad idea ...yes/no??  It wouldn't put me off PPcoin anyone else ??

I'm also not a fan of the Chinese characters. They look like angry eyes positioned the way they are.

I'll throw my designs in here too, maybe we can get things rolling on this PPCoin re-branding.

Font is Gotham Bold.

The "loop" emphasizes the proof of stake system (which is the core innovative feature) - coins make more coins. Haven't matched the correct colors, but that can be tweaked.

Looks much better, but I'm not entirely convinced by its "wooden/plastic" look. It reminds me of a Pog.

True it has a wooden look to it, should be gold coloured ..... Wood is a very Eco - sustainable material though  . .......a more golden look might be better maybe the leaves could be gold rather than green ?

No need to change symbols, the official symbol means two 'P' connected by a bar, it's not 'IP', but two 'P's, but if you draw actual two P's it would look ugly. You can move the vertical bar 'I' to the right and inside 'P' though, if you think that would look more like two 'P's.
