CHNcoin 客户端程序在调参数的时候可能弄错了，现在是一秒钟产生一个block。

这样狠容易出现block chain的分叉。 而且客户端随时疲于同步但前产生的block，导致solo mining一直基于过时的block在ming！

很惊讶这种情况下，居然还让我挖到一个block。

这个重大bug，直接导致这个山寨币不可能存活下去！

谁以后还想自己弄一个山寨币，请别犯低级错误，多花点心思。
