Hi,
I would like to ask about the "compatibility" of seeds. Can I use a seed from a Wallet  to restore my transactions on a different wallet ?

you can as long as the other wallet supports importing an address using a seed.

Yes you can but the other wallet should be compatible with the encryption and protocol of the wallet you want to restore. For example a BIP39 protocol of security can only be imported in a wallet that can support this protocol. Nowadays with a lot of different wallets available this is not anymore a problem,so do not worry. There are wallets with BIP32, BIP39 and BIP44 protocols so I guess you are safe in our time.
