Help to create new type of currency

We want to launch a new type of currency, well a twist on the old type, and need to get in touch with some developers or interested parties.

We are not seeking any monetary investment but do need good technical assistance.

please don't , unless you have a revoluzionary idea that would be groundbreaking for this crypto-world, otherwise you are just flooding the market with another useless clone of what we have already, but if the idea behind your project is original i want to support it, my idea for example is to have a coin that have the block reward based on the volume on exchange, big block reward if volume is high otherwise low if the volume is low, what do you think about this?
