The strength of the DAO. Casino is allowing interaction among all parties in the online gambling industry without the need for trust. I want to find out how the project can perform this special feature?

Every interaction and transaction that the parties will engage in, will be facilitated by smart contracts. The whole protocol is basically a set of smart contract templates that interact between eachother and form a smooth framework for trustless relations on transparent conditions.
For instance, an affiliate can be 100% sure he's receiving a fixed percent of income generated by his audience because it's stipulated in the smart contract and it's visible to everyone. Same goes for all the parties ! It's a pretty exciting prospect for the industry if you ask me.

To the developers of the project, is it not a concern to you that Ethereum is slowly becoming overloaded? I like the idea of a casino operating in a decentralized manner, that cannot be stopped by any regulator, but surely the weakness of Ethereum would also be the weakness of the DAO.Casino.

This isn't really a problem, some improvements will be made to Ethereum blockchain to solve this issue. And as of now its overloaded only during some special occasions like ICO gas wars, overhyped DApps like cryptokitties. Whatever competitors say, Eth ecosystem for DApps is a good option - smart contract support, established audience, some products that already start gaining traction.
We are almost certain it will work out fine.
