How long will this take ?
It was yesterday and being fixed few hours after your post. I did some transaction at Coinbase only less than a hour ago or around 30 minutes. And now because this thread was being bumped, I just realized that Coinbase is again experiencing the same problem. Yes OP you can check the Coinbase status at the mentioned site by Oss. |

I highly doubt it'll be down for more than a couple of days intermittently. It's only a minor issue/glitch and Coinbase is pretty well regulated.
We should all keep a close eye on how they compensate customers who have failed with credit card deposits though.

Today unavailable again yesterday they already fixed the issue but looks like they are fixing more issue.. I made a transaction yesterday and its ok. but right now looks like they having issue again back about debit and credit cards payment methods.. Look at the status https://status.coinbase.comBecause yesterday they are fixing the coinbase website i think about the bugs like can't sign message with the address and delay sending bitcoin.. |

Coinbase website is accessible now and will do some transaction there now. Although the part of signed message you are talking about that is not working is still not fixed. https://status.coinbase.com/~snipped~
So Im not expecting an answer to them as a priority.
How about those people who lived in their supported country will do the email about that sign message? Will it gained priority somehow? |

Looks like they are still in trouble with sign message their new theme honestly there are lots of bugs base in my experience when using them.. I think its not a browser issue even you are using any browser opera browser or firefox the same result.. because i thought its also a browser problem but many people also complaining about this issue.. |

Here it's unavailable for maintenance reason (that is what they say). Nothing we can do about it now, just wait. And I don't have an idea with that verification or any problems that they are dealing with. I know they are one of the trusted and will surely it will be fixed soon so to those CB users out there, just wait for some updates from them. |

Also, its third days coinbase again going to maintenance nothing improve till now, last update seems like mentioned below:
Identified - We're currently experiencing slower than normal load times and some customers may experience degraded performance when using Coinbase.com. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this as quickly as possible.

The main reason of this maintenace of coinbase is because of this rapidly increasing value of bitcoin, they afraid that there users or most of there users sell their bitcoin back to their bank accounts (which this will happen of course to make some profit) and that's unfair just simply of that, that's why they make a reason with this... Bank account verification remains online as an alternative."
So expect that the site will back when the price decrease or if the price becomes more stable at this stage.  |

Coinbase is up now.
Just pissed of here a bit because I newly installed their app on my extra tablet. When I tried to login , I received about 10+ codes thru SMS. And all of that codes are not working. So now I test it on desktop to see if same problem occur but here it's fine. Maybe because it just only few minutes after the site become operational. I leave as it now on my tablet and will test again later.
Edit: Looks like still having a problem. Im not receiving their verification email lol.

It depends where you live. They seem to be blocking some countries. If you use a vpn to access through USA or Australia can log in. Where I live it says down for maintenance but since can login via vpn seems to be a lie and just blocking some countries??? |

As easy as It sounds, Its not. Things doesn't work that way, there are laws to follow and sometimes these laws prevent services from getting into some countries. |

Kidding. Coinbase should be OK and they're somewhat regulated, but everyone would say similar things about Mt. Gox as well.
Whenever there's a giant rise in price like this, Bitcoin exchanges aren't quite prepared for the rise in traffic they get, even if they're solvent. Some exchanges will be safe and some won't, but it's extremely hard to tell the difference.
If I were you I'd just take out your money into cold storage or another safe place.
