Would you risk 10 BTC at 80% to get a 1.2x payout?

For me 10 BTC is quite a big amount of money at this price. Lets say I roll and:

A. Win. Now I got +2 BTC, which is good, but not fantastic.

B. Lose. Now I have nothing, and having nothing really sucks. Now I have to work a lot of time to get back those 8 BTC.

It's really not wise to go all in when you are in a situation when losing will hurt you much more than winning. If you have 10 000 BTC, than sure, go ahead to do some crazy highrolling, but if you are poor, than don't seek profit from gambling, because gambling is entertainment and not a source of income.

I think it's too risky to put 10 btc just to win 1.2x or 1.1x, you can earn more than that maybe you can use a half for trading and use 5 btc for bet in some bet by using this method you get more chance to win than only 1 chance.

Why do you feel that it is easy money ?
I mean rolling it 5 times to double your money has equal risks as rolling a simple dice at 50% and in fact making more bets means that you facing higher and higher house edge ( cumulative ) and hence a much higher chance of loosing.

Now if you tell me that you just want to bet once and stop then mate you won't be able to do so, the addiction makes you make more bets.

Personally 10BTC is a big amount to lose. And your heart will be pounding out really hard, its like going to explode if you click the roll button. And as you said, You are going to work hard just to get it back, but what if you experience a losing streak? How  can you overcome then? For me, not worth to risk it all for 2BTC.

In some countries with 10 bitcoins you can rent your house until you die, because in some countries cost of rent is like 10-20 dollars for a month like Cambodia for example. In some other countries faring a bit more well than Cambodia you can open up a business with that amount of money and is some other countries you can buy a house with that amount. It would be not wise to throw away 10 bitcoins even at 80% chance because people have even lost with 97% chance in dice.

At one shoot probably I would risk... But just one and depending the amount of money I have too. Example: If I have only 10 BTCs and it will make me regret later I wouldn't try, but if I were a rich person with many extra BTCs I would risky this amount without doubts (or at 90% chance). Easy and fast earning with just one click (most probable to happen).

Just risky it is. 10 bitcoin/cryptocurrency is a huge amount to lose. You are going to work hard just to get it back to you. You may regret it in the end. 2 bitcoin is huge for me if I lose it. I wouldn't risk my 10 bitcoin in some risky way around. If I just throw it like that? It would not be just wise and a good decision.

Nope, 10 is far too much to be risking even if it were 90% chance, I would hate myself if it didn't work out.

And some people might have a heart attack watching their 20000+ dollars loosing in a single bet because seriously in first place its insane to gamble away 10 BTC for a mere 1 btc. I don't know why people rush for a BTC when they have 10 BTC in their hand already, just invest them smartly and play safe. What's the fun in testing your luck unless it let's you down.

I was thinking the same thing what happened to the other 2 btc. Maybe he's planning to gamble more after winning the first roll until he lose if not it's just a typo.

This is stupid, better try your chances 49.50 at least you know chances are not on your side but return is much better! Kidding..
Better try to lower your bets and try to make row of 10 for example start with smaller bet 0.01 then double them on loss (try this settings 49.50, 0 for base, 100%increase on loss, manual) in few hours you can achieve same goal.

Of course, 10 bitcoins is a big amount, to use only in dice game, and i agree with your point we could use 5 btc for bet and follow this method. Otherwise, I prefer only hold the 10 bitcoins instead of taking a big risk. Because if i hold 10 bitcoins than i also would be earned from them 2 bitcoins within 2 months, because bitcoin price is rising everyday. If the bet is in sports betting on the game which i am confirmed of the result then i will surely bet 10 btc on 1.2x or even 1.1x bet. but in dice i wont take risk as i know that most of time i will lose it.

If the bet is in sports betting on the game which i am confirmed of the result then i will surely bet 10 btc on 1.2x or even 1.1x bet. but in dice i wont take risk as i know that most of time i will lose it.

With sports betting I do have better confidence than placing such a big amount into dice. So dependingon the match situation surely will place the amount, if I have an additional 10btc in my wallet. If the 10 btc is my last balance then I won't place​ everything even if winning chance is 100%

And what happens if you lose the first roll? You probably load another 10 btc to "win back what you lost".

Definitely, if I have that amount I would just spoil myself, and that's what going to make me materially happy but it's not the best thing to being happy about. 10 BTC would be hard to get especially if you have known Bitcoin for quite some time. If you think that being rich is the secret to happiness, it's not. Even if I have a sure win, it's too much of a risk, and it's hard.

Lol if you can't risk that huge amount then good luck for you no one will risk that even you say 80% of chance of winning there will be 20% chance of losing anyway. I think the mad people or fully gambling addicted people or rich people will take this risk. The normal gamblers never try this method. 10 BTC means do you think small amount it approximately $22500 how many days I have to work to earn this money. If we lose this money in a single bet, yes people will get suicide. I will not dare to bet 0.01 BTC in dice game because I know I will lose that amount.

It may look that you have a very high chance of winning but risking 10 BTC at 80% chance is a bad move unless you have a lot of money.
20% chance of losing is not very low and I wouldn't risk over 20,000 dollars in dice game. I would rather use the money to bet in sports with a small percentage of the 10 BTC.
At least your capital can last for some time.
