Some dealers will indeed get caught.

Some of them will have clever systems of sending from different addresses, as well as accepting Bitcoin payment and mixing their holdings.  Some of them will even disguise what they do with the post - I've seen stories of dealers hiding drugs inside varying and real-looking mail like leaflets, for example.

They won't all do the same thing, but trust me, they're pretty good at covering their tracks if they do it regularly.

There are lots of places with no any camera and those drug dealers use those places to remain anonymous while delivering drugs. As well as when they will accept bitcoin payments, they will use different mixing services before withdrawing/cashing them out in fiat.

Not really. I think there's so much of it going on that none of it's followed up. My father is a total pot head and I used to mail him cheap resin without any issues.

If they're on to you and crack the messaging then of course it's as easy as pie to catch the recipient. Turn up at the PO box and wait. That's how they arrested multiple SR people. Harder to get the sender though.

As far as I'm informed many of them engage other people to send the packages for them and those people don't even have to know what is inside. Also although there are cameras in post or courier offices they don't send the packages that look like there are drugs in it.
So if they aren't s already known as drug dealers it's not so easy to discover them.

Naa, basic school & exams can only get you so far. None of the richest people I know took the education/studying path. One of my oldest school friends is an 'indoor gardener' & he's rich AF.

Some of the stupidest people I know have normal jobs & pay the correct amount of tax & are debt slaves their entire life. Now that's stupid.

A lot of them do. Is that being stupid ? Its just bread and butter and some people do not wish to settle for less. They know the risks and rewards, and are willing to take the risk for a better payout.

I believe a lot of them also have an inside man on the courier companies to have things delivered.

They usually drop them in the blue boxes on the corner, spread out in various parts of town, have others do it for them, or leave the package at a specific location hidden and message the buyer where it is.  This method is very popular in russia.

The most used method from there was from CD/DVD and adding a baggie inside it. I don't know if it works anymore but it depends on the seller there. Some of them used to send a bag of cocaine from their trusted personal courier for a little money and left it in a place where the user asked. After the courier did place it, the seller notifies the buyer and the buyer go and gets it. I guess this is how they do it nowadays.

Of course one might be caught through that means but I would say its for the amateurs because for someone who know the importance of  security will choose a dark spot where the camera would capture and aside that with the level of advancement that the people there pride on, then I don't see cameras as a  big issue that is unsurmountable. Its even a small issue for concern.

The stereotype for CCTV camera operators could be someone who is paid low wages, who is not well trained to do their job, on top of that they probably have a high number of cameras for each employee to watch which makes it difficult to keep track of everything that is going on.

CCTV's are not a system designed to reduce crime. They're designed to boost profit margins of the state so that the state can collect funds from the poor to middle class and redistribute the money to the wealthy and powerful, where they are needed least.

I agree, if the goverment would be strict about it it would be allmost everything gone... But there are people, who know that it's allways better to reduce "unwanted" population, especially now when we grow so much in numbers, plus, that means more money to the country(in a lot of ways) and some drugs for the politicans, to be even aware of himself on those booring conferences and meetings, and one extra plus is, crowd control, majority of  society probobly have jobs to buy drugs for himself...

How the hell is the post office going to know who's selling drugs?  Yeah, cameras are ubiquitous but you have to know who's sending shit in the first place.

And dark marketeers generally get caught after a while.  The government investigates all that stuff and makes busts.  It's a wack-a-mole situation of course, but nobody gets away with it forever.  Drugs, porn, guns, etc.  People are definitely getting caught.
