Recevive payment in visa/mastercard and get converted to Bitcoin service

Hi, 
I am starting a service where I would be selling some stuff but the people I am going to sell to are going to be noob about Bitcoin and stuff so I want a service that can receive payments via Visa/MasterCard and then I can convert them to bitcoin then and there or somewhere else.Keep In mind that there should be no verification of ID's and stuff.
