According to his prifile, the developer was last active on July 04, 2017, that's like 6 weeks ago. I don't think there is a high chance he will appear again.

For all of you looking to sync the wallet I figured it out.

Search for Environ map in the roaming map path: C:\Users\(Yourename)\AppData\Roaming\Environ
make a new text document in that folder
copy paste the Add nodes text from the first page of the announcement (also just posted below to save time)

save as : Environ.conf (it must be an config file not txt file after saving)
and open the wallet and you are done!

Currently syncing and its about to complete after 1+1/2 hours

How do you save as .conf file? Kind of confused. I saved it exactly as .conf After I copy and pasted the addnodes to notepad and the wallet still says out of sync. Can you explain step by step? Having a wallet that syncs could potentially encourage big whales to join in.

When you click save as, it gives you file types. Choose the configuration file (.conf) option.
Alternatively, if you set for files to show their .extension when you look at them, you can modify it right there.


Also, is the dev the only one who can work on this project? Can this be picked up by community like Mooncoin was when it died for 3 years? Just curious

I already had some coins just invested in Nova, I always feel I should try to help if a coins about to die, Ive set up a wallet as a node but there no new block for past 20days. Im connected to 2 peers, I just hope there staking to create new blocks, I already sent my ENV ready to stake least people can still send funds if I can try get the blockchain working again.

I use Environ-wallet and it was synchronizing and staking until 10/11/2017 but now it shows "not staking because wallet is offline" and 0 active connections.

create a notepad file rename Environ.conf (delete the .txt)
then put in
addnode=108.180.37.52:12723
addnode=74.113.32.12:12723
addnode=86.145.68.129:12723

and hopefully you will get the blocks coming in again if your ready to stake. Thanks

So all we need to get the stalled blockchain working is people who already have mature coins in their wallets who can stake straight away.
If anyone mining pickaxes are lit up and are staking can you just confirm on here with the number of connections you have got.

I will update this post if I get any more connections from Nova exchange and ones recently from the command in the console "getpeerinfo" Thanks
