Which kind of people use "Payeer"more often

Hi, i am just so upset now. cuase i carry too much "Payeer" but just hard to sell them.

even i set the low rate. so would you tell me which it is the best way to sell them now? or which kind of people need them .

I also used a lot of payeer and had the same problem that you have.

To exchange payeer for bitcoin i did the following:

I exchanged payeer for advcash and advcash for my bitcoin wallet.

Of course the rates are high but i had no choice, so i give up using payeer

I have not used them before. They are not much popular and have a low user base. Payeer conversion rates are high. I would suggest converting Payeer to OKpay and then bitcoin. Payeer to OKpay average conversion is $1:0.92. If you have a big amount in your Payeer account and if you have the option to withdraw it to your bank account, then that would be better.
