We understand that charging BTC deposit and withdrawal fees might seem a bit unusual. We are working on the European market, mostly in Germany, and this is a common practice for German exchanges. We will consider editing that info you've mentioned, thanks for pointing that out!

There are two owners and quite a big team behind Gefarapay. We are registered in the Czech Republic and operate in the whole EU area.

If you deposit Euro with Visa/MC the money goes directly to your Gefarapay account, then you can buy cryptocurrency. This cryptocurrency will be securely stored on your Gefarapay wallet or you can transfer it to another wallet later on, whatever suits you most.

Currently, Visa/MC withdrawals are not available but you can use SEPA for withdrawing Euro.

You need your ID and photo ID for verification procedures.
