BitStarz have recently approx 2hrs ago, scammed me of 0.50btc (500mbtc) From first receiving an email offering freerolls on my account. I have been a long time customer for years with them. But not it seems from this single illegal action taken by BitStarz, has resulted in them with-holding my withdrawal of 0.50btc aswell as blocking/disabling my account of any further use. This is disgusting behavior, I have already reached out to them and response. Their reason for the actions they took to withhold my funds were because I apparently had multiple accounts from the same i.p. This is false!, I have never once created any further accounts other than the 1 I currently have. Aswell further discussions with them found that due to myself apparently claiming freerolls a while prior to this freeroll, that my withdraw wasn't even allowed. How can a irresponsible act such as allowing your marketing to reach me and further commit freerolls to my balance if I am not elligable. BitStarz should pay for their wrong-doing!. Just because the pice of bitcoin is climbing does not mean that a large casino such as this has to be wreckless with the treatment of players.

Unfortunately it has to be taken to creating a forum account to get my issue seen.

*I look forward to BitStarz openly discussing this matter for all to witness. Should this be resolved without any authoritative measures coming into play.

Regards

Hi there,

So, allow us to give our side of the story here.

At BitStarz, we allow one account per customer and IP, and in our backend
we see 4 other accounts with the same IP as you, which raises certain suspicion, yes.

Furthermore it's interesting that you claim that you've been a customer with us for years ("I have been a long time customer for years with them")
when the account you're referring to (with the username given here) was opened yesterday,
please see the below screenshot:

https://www.screencast.com/t/mfs7IYWNrOsG

Also, here you are confessing in the chat about creating multiple accounts:

We believe that fair is fair, and in this case, we at BitStarz believe that the customer,
is wrong.

Kind Regards,

Olle, BitStarz
