Yes, it's down for me too. The host seems like a cool guy and I'm a fan of starting with a new community so I'm hoping his absence is temporary!

The post above is about a known issue. The payout system is under a rework right now. . If  there is a record of the transactions being there they will be paid as soon as the owner is done adding stratum support. I feel this is the user we talked to in the chat earlier. He was assured he would receive his funds as soon as the owner is available. But he decided not to wait and flame the pool as a scam. I have been mining here since there were only 2 miners in the pool. It is not a scam I have received many successful payouts. The owner has done a lot of work on the pool and has addressed almost everyones issues. It continues to run at 0% unti lall issues are fixed. Not only is he not scamming he has been working on the site for 2 days straight with no income from it.

The pool is in the process of changing domain names and adding stratum support. Fee is 0% until these features are live. Expect some issues but ALL SHARES WILL BE PAID

There is a issue where the site reads there is no fee for withdraw but forgets to state there is a 1CHN fee for on demand withdraw. Please pm me your chn address I will send  1 CHn to resolve the problem. Sorry

The account settings clearly state that it WILL do this and why it is implemented.

Please note: a minimum balance of 1CNC is required. There is NO withdrawl fee.
This will allow payouts after 20 confirmations(May 3, 2013)

I had 1.32, and I went to take it ALL out (b/c I was not sure of connectivity to this pool, didn't want to forget it there) and I never got a message about confirmations....sent me exactly my amount -1 ...but kept it there as a balance.
