Kraken withdrawal

Hi,

I am using Kraken without any problems, but I am not patient enough for my "Initiated" withdrawal to turn into "Pending".

Therefore, my question is the following: Does the status change to pending after X minutes, or how does it work?
 
It has turned to pending while writing this, but I'd like to know.
