I did a withdraw from livecoin.net and my bitcoin is still waiting for network confirmation. They deducted high fees during the withdraw but don't know how much they paid for this transaction

Even with 10k satoshi fees, poloniex withdraw received very fast. I don't know why i should use this shit exchange like livecoin

The current fee is 226 satoshi per byte, this will lead to an avarage transaction confirmation of a couple hours. The more fee you put in, the more likely it will get confirmed sooner. You can not really speed up the proces, just have patience I guess. The memory pool is currently overloading, therefor the queue of unconfirmed transactions gets bigger and bigger.

It will be longer to confirm because of the size of your transaction, your fee is just average fees. And for your information the transaction fee on your TXID is 0.0013906 BTC. And don't compare this exchange with poloniex because of confirmation because it will depend to the network and the miners to confirm your transaction.

I have no idea about the fees because i withdraw my btc from an exchange. Someone just told me that it could take 72 hours to confirm my transaction.My question is how can i speed up the process if i don't access to any of that wallet? My withdraw was deduct high fees from me,but seems exchange owner didn't pay enough fees, this is ridiculous.

Yeah expect 72 hours or more before it will be confirm, and BTW you can use this accelerator to push your tx and to be included in next block that will be mine by viabtc. For your information the accelerator only accepts 100 TXIDs in an hour so you need to wait once the submissions are beyond limit.
