Awesome, I got my coins! thanks for the support. I do appreciate the help, I just hope in the future we could get some sort of recognition that help is on the way, instead of being in the dark. If i had some indication that I would get help, I wouldn't bother creating this thread.

I have the same problem here, i've sended on 24/01/2018   7828.31 Vergecoins (XVG) from my XVG wallet on Bittrex to my XVG wallet on yobit.net. I have still an empty xvg wallet on yobit.net, nothing shows up.

I got the same problem.
Yesterday, I withdrew 7102.27072727 XVG from yobit to binance and shit happens.
Binance wallet didnt show up and couldnt check the hash in https://verge-blockchain.info/search
My hash is: d657c6ee62ebe4df1e7cf64b048657be09a3ad9401059e208827de55f4169b6c.

I've sent the  ticket but there is no reply until now.
How long should i wait for them to resolve? Any advises are welcome.
