Probably there's a huge percentage of bitcoin users from local or even foreign countries who often visits Las Vegas so this could be a good news for them . I guess there are also some hotels somewhere in the US that are already accepting bitcoin as a payment not only in Vegas . Anyway, it seems bitcoin is becoming more popular I hope there will be hotels somewhere in southeast asian countries would do the same too .

I am sure not only the hotels will follow the example of Las Vegas. it is clear to me that bitcoin is becoming more popular cause of it's huge price and financial perspective, but the technology of Blockchain stays not so attractive. All that makes me to think if in one moment the price will drop down like it was in 2013 bitcoin will loose all it's popularity.

As of now, not a lot of people know about bitcoin. I mean there are a lot but not enough though so most of the people will always ask what that is whenever they encounter one. And by asking, that is a good start to educate people or introduce people to bitcoin. And so if there will be a lot of hotels accepting bitcoins as payment, there is an oppurtunity for people to learn about it, assuming they will ask what it is. Aside from that, convenience for bitcoin holders is also at play. So we are hitting two birds with one stone.

Hotels,being directly related to tourism industry,has to continuously face huge competition and attract new customers.Thats why they have decided to accept bitcoin payments.Definitely,it would attract tourists from world towards such offers.In future,not even hotel industry,companies related to various sectors may start accepting bitcoin.

In this suburban town just outside of Vancouver, Canada the main hotel, the Sandman, actually takes bitcoin.

I haven't paid with it yet, still HODLing.

Nothing else in town really takes it except the Coincards store which just sells gift cards to other places for Bitcoin. I'd loved to have been running that business the last few years. My buddy also started accepting bitcoin at the flea market where he sells Pokemon cards, games and such.

I am sure, if it goes well, other chains of hotel will follow the example. I hope this will be replicated no just to the rest of the states in the US but also in other countries.

Little by little, establishments are accepting bitcoin as payment. The future is bright for this technology. Soon, even grocery stores will accept bitcoin as payment. Will wait for that day to come.

If the whole world legalizes the use of bitcoin, well it definitely be implemented on hotels to be accepted as payment method. According to this link, a bloomberg news site, it was mentioned that there are two hotels in LAS Vegas that accepts bitcoin as payment for hotels, food and drinks. If you want to visit this place as a tourist or to gamble and you happened to lost your money to gambling you can always use you stored bitcoins to get a room to sleep and relax and enjoy the food and booze.

Thats very great.Still hoping for the hotels in our country to accept bitcoin as a payment.Every country should follow how japan accepted bitcoin as a payment for the hotel.It would be easier for me to book my own room by using my bitcoins.But still the countries must also legalize bitcoin before that

If there’s a hotels accepting bitcoin all people who use bitcoin can buy a condo easily and they can buy it without any kind of paperworks.In some hotel is totally accept bitcoin as payment for their room , foods and drinks. I think in the future all hotels in the world will accept bitcoin as payment of their costumer and they can also trade there bitcoin in some company to get share in some big hotel like five star hotel and many more.

This is great idea. I think there’s a hotel who accept bitcoin as payment of their client or costumer.Furthermore,If there’s a hotel who accepting bitcoin all people can buy it easily and without any paper works.Lastly,i agree to this idea and in the near future all hotels or condo will accept bitcoin as payment of their costumer.

I hope more place allow us to use bitcoin, especially my country.
I rarely find a place where i can spend my bitcoin. And if there's, it usually is a place where ther're many tourists from outside country.
Well it's nice though, knowing they allow bitcoin payment because they know many foreign people use bitcoin to transact.
But still it's nice knowing bitcoin is getting more wellknown!

Even in India some restuarant in Indira Nagar Bangalore is accepting bitcoin as the source says even after a 9 months there is not even a single transaction done using bitcoin.

At the moment I don't know any hotel where you can pay with Bitcoins, Maybe some hotels are advertising this service but actualy you can use for payment only Bitcoin debit card
