5.22扩容的共识是先主链扩容还是先SW
在参加这次会议的公司和团队里，并没有BS公司和CORE的签名。但是其中的一些公司是支持core团队的，比如bitfury。
还有缪永权在推特上发布的推文，也是说到了主链扩容和SW，不过按照他的说法是先SW，在主链扩容到2M。而且很有可能执行SW后，不扩容主链。
是不是两个一起上线，或者有更好的方案。
而且这次共识并不是最终版本，这次共识会不会跟香港共识一样。香港共识也是达成之后，core单方违约，没有扩容一直到现在。

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

先SW再扩容，双方都觉得自己让步了很多，而且luke.jr和缪永权也都不怎么认可这个方案，所以到九月份了形势发展成什么样很难说
