Raise fee on electrum 2FA wallet

Hello,

I think there might be an error which prevents to raise the fee in electrum 2fa wallet transactions that have the option enabled to raise the fee.

It might be that trustedcoins needs a nother payment when raising fees. I receive a popup saying "Error 402 Payment Required" then a api.trustedcoin.com/2/cosigner/...tx... url and below another error message "payment required".

Guess using this option might be needed more often these times.

That 402 Payment Required is just a webserver error code and usually doesn't actually mean a payment is required.

This sounds more like a temporary issues to me. I would ensure that you are running the most recent version of Electrum and try again. If you are still getting the error, could you post a screenshot?

I used the most recent person. 2.8.2

Not sure if I will use the feature again. Sounds too risky. Especially at these prices.

Well as long as you are storing your backup private key, you can always spend the coins without the need for 2FA. However, I think a hardware wallet is probably a better solution than using a 3rd party for 2FA anyway.
