you either pay up (usually ~3BTC)
or if the demand is high enough and the 24h volume is higher than 10 BTC

You must realise that every coin wants a piece of bittrex now and they are overwhelmed with requests

Well, now it is around 2 fking sats.  Cannot be cheaper (well, 1 sat would be ), and the return factor.. you can imagine.

Look at this updated roadmap.  If they deliver, it will easy skyrocket lol.
