Unocoin: Too slow to show IMPS 1000INR in wallet, it's already 1 day

Hi,

I have done IMPS payment to add INR to my Unocoin wallet. Submitted the reference ID at the respective place, but still after more than 24 hours it is still not visible in my Unocoin account.

Their customer service is too slow, created a ticket, called their customer support 6 times but the tone is of hold.

I am not sure what to do now.

Unable to contact them anywhere.

Any suggestions, any help?
