Hello,

When i logged in to my Blockchain account on sunday 21 May 2017,
i saw that my balance was around 550 EUR BTC NEGATIVE.

Also there were many issues on Blockchain in that period.
Sometimes when i logged in my funds did not load.

My question is how can this be so a big negative balance.
Support from Blockchain do not respond.
Is there a possibility to check  what is going wrong?

ps: sorry for my bad English

Thx in advance,
JVA

If you are able to transfer your coins, do it now. Blockchain is not safe since many years. It has been removed from the trusted web wallet list of bitcoin.org long time ago.

There has also  been many fuck up reports coming from blockchain lately. (like disappearing transaction records and such) Get out before it collapses. You've been warned.

Not only Blockchanin but all web wallet are not advisable to use it as they can wipe of your bitcoins any time without your permission and you can do nothing as you dont have control over your wallet. So it is always advised to use desktop or hardware wallet.

"When I logged in to my Blockchain account on Sunday 21 May 2017" Does this mean that your account is old, and you first logged in on that day?
Because Blockchain.info is known to (how to say this in a proper way) 'screw' old addresses up. If you started using an old address (or if you tried to double spend), your wallet balance turn to negative (if not zero), and even if you send funds there, they will be taken.
Bottom line, forget about that shitty wallet, and move to something reputable like Electrum, for example.

P.S. Your English isn't bad, by the way.

Hello,

My account is around 2 years old, i logged in that period several times. I did some transfers on Saturday 20, they where all not confirmed.
I woke up Sunday 21 and i see my balance is -550 EUR BTC.
At these days there where many problems with blockchain and als did not load my funds several times.
But i was stupid, i did not take a screenshot and i added back 1500 eurBTC in my blockchain account.
So my funds where at 950.
I must had it transfer to my electrum wallet and let the blockchain account beeing negative. Sad

I hope i can get it back but it will be hard because blockchain support suspended me an no phone and email.

THX for reply,
Snorek

Users here can't help you with your problem as there is no solution. This is purely Blockchain.info's fault that their system is bugged.
It's not the only time I heard about visual glitches, wrong bitcoin amount showing, negative balance and all kinds of bugs.
From what I know probably every user who experienced these errors eventually got their coins back.
Don't panic, sent support ticket to blockchain's help desk with question what is going on.

Instead of sending tickets to blockchain.info, export your private keys and import them into a real wallet to figure out what is going on. If you use Electrum you can do this with new wallet->standard wallet->use public or private keys. You can then transfer the coins to a new wallet. Also, if you tell us the addresses (NOT the private keys) we can look on our end and see what is going on.

I would advise against using Electrum's sweep feature at the moment since it's not possible to easily set the fee.

I have recently become active again after a long period of inactivity. Cryptographic proof that my account has not been compromised is available.
