Transaction not confirmed/Error on fee

Hi, I have try this :
originaly use Bitcoin classic client on Windows 10 => upgrade to last version of Bitcoin Core.
1/unable to click on abandon Transaction with standard launch => launch it with -walletbroadcast option and I have the option. When I click on it, I have a message that say me that TR is send, ... after a little time, my bitcoin balance come back but when I want to send a new transaction it say me that my balance is too low. After more time, my balance come back at 0 bitcoin (amount after my TR not confirmed).
2/launch bitcoin client with -zapwallettxes. My balance come with amount of my TR not confirmed but when I want to send a new transaction it say me that my balance is too low. When I launch for new time my bitcoin without -zapwallettxes my balance is 0.

Do you have an idea ?

At zero fee with 4b6dc05e4da7d664677aaac1df48d03947dbef69bf81900de22b053629f2af4e

Might have to wait a few days and mem pool reject it and it'll reappear in your wallet.

With zero fee's you cannot use the accelerator I don't believe.

But you can try at the first of the hour, I mean by the very second.

I just created a successful acceleration transaction at 11:59PM Zhejiang time = 12PM Lafayette, Indiana time. They are 11 hours and 59 minutes ahead of us.

I believe viabtc will not take that as the fee is way too low as their requirement, alternatively you can contact me if you willing to pay
