Depend on the comunity of dogecoin, every altcoins will be survive because the developer of altcoins that make updating,
the traders or investors that make Investment in dogecoin.
Dogecoin is old altcoin and we know it is still survive until right now and i can say dogecoin is will growing in couples years later unfortunately it is not good for me, because i am short term Investment.

It started off as a jokecoin and as such will always be that. The only real world use anyone has had for it is as a tool for tipping others but that is such a limited use that I would say there is very little future unless you are buying for that exact purpose at that exact point in time.
