I checked your name on the spreadsheet and I just noticed that there are participants that are blanked when it comes to eligibility of the payment and you are one of them. Possible that you have failed with the standard weekly requirements. And not just because you are eligible for the 1st week, you will also eligible for the 2nd week unless you will comply with the reqs.

why I said that i was eligible in the first week but not on the second week because I want to emphasize that I was doing jst the same in the first week and second week but why I only got paid on the first week? I just need an answer so I could know where did I go wrong.

For clarification, if I retweet YOUR tweet and post my OWN ORIGINAL tweet on the same day, does this disqualifies me?
From the instruction "Dont post everything in 1 day." does the word "post" means "tweet and retweet?" Because on my understanding, it's okay to retweet one of your tweets and tweet my original tweet in one day as long as I don't retweet TWO of your tweets or post TWO of my original tweets in the same day. I did that on the first week and I got the payment that's why I did the same on the second week.

That is right, one retweet a day and one tweet a day. If you are doing this then you are good. You will not be disqualified if you make tweet and retweet the same day.
