Because Bitcoin has got lots of attention in 2017.
People are ready to invest in bitcoin anytime.
So I think Bitcoin's value is going to increase.

it.will not decrease in that amount it will increase more and definitely have more features and developments in near future. Btc is said to pump in August 1 and if ever happen it will have more user adoption and many will buy btc before that day.

No! Since there is no explanation behind bitcoin to reach $1000 now or later on. It is a senseless idea to have and is difficult to envision. 5k is almost there since the price of bitcoin did break already the 4500 resistance and now we are on 4.6k usd which is really good to see at on where prices do moves already after it somehow stabilizes on 3300-3400 ranges on past few weeks and now it tends to move again and we are only just $400 away on that 5k usd and would really be great on reaching that new ATH. Possibility of going  back on $1000 would be really slim as of these days.

If you are waiting for the price to drop in $1000 and buy bitcoins from then, im sorry to tell you this but it will not happen anytime soon because it will continue to soar up and reach new all time highs and probably will hit the $500000 dream. Probably, the bitcoin price for now will not reach lower than $1,000 because this month of November, the new record reached $9,700 which is a great thing for us to know. And if we are going to analyze the situation as the time pass by, the bitcoin value keep on rising for which most of us are expecting. And the bitcoin shows steady growth as of today.

I think it will depend on the regulations imposed in other countries on bitcoin if more and more businessman like Mark Cuban stating their negative opinion bitcoins which could affect or influence the investor's decision in bitcoin, in which it could lead to the downfall of bitcoin price which could turn down as low as 1,000 USD. Exactly I don't think that Bitcoin will be lower than 1000$ now. It is growing a very good rate of growth and a 5000$ fall in price or more than it is not possible at all. it depends upon the amount of people invested in it and in all of the crypto i think bitcoin is most popular one to be the first choice of investors.
