I created this fairly comprehensive poll to get an idea of how many people here on Bitcointalk are physically fit how so, as well as give the opportunity for people to discuss sports they do with each other, ask questions etc.
Talk about what you like about the sport you're doing, why you chose it in the first place, or talk about why you don't work out (time constraints? laziness?), anything.

If more than 1 option in the poll applies to you, select the one which you do or enjoy doing the most.

I used to train wrestling for a while, however I hurt my back there trying to lift a guy from the ground. Rookie mistake that I regret to this day. This interferes with my other sporting activities as I used to be a regular visitor at the gym. Now I have to make do mostly with body weight exercises. I do go out and play some basketball with friends from time to time however.

What got me into sport? Can't say exactly, it was so long ago. I just got into it and after a few months it I couldn't afford to quit, since all my work so far was going to go to waste. Sport gave me discipline and no physical trauma can take that away from me.

Maybe the poll should distinguish between those who are really into it as opposed to those who are more casual? I often go running/fast walking and I often weightlift, but I'm certainly not really good at it. I generally prefer exercise to be a side benefit to tasks I do as part of daily life since I don't find much fun in exercise just for the sake of exercise.

Every once in a while, I go explore a place like a national park and take advantage of what I am really good at - endurance. Since I usually do that with others, I often have to stop to let the rest of the group catch up - a good time to look around and take some pictures.

I use cryptocurrency and solar power to help my best friend Naomi Wu... And I'm proud of it!

I go to the gym every week, 3-4 times. I do bench press, deadlifts, and legpress and such.
