Hello can anyone tell me why I have now big fees when I want to send bitcoins? When I want to send $150 in bitcoins there is "bitcoin network fee" $10 for it. In past I had like 2-3 dollars fee for $150 dollars.

I really don´t understand this. Hope someone will answer. Thanks for help.

You're not alone. It looks like the guys have changed their pricing a while back and now they charge bigger transaction fees. Check this thread https://www.reddit.com/r/Bitcoin/comments/4o9mmd/bitgo_takes_35_fee_for_1_transaction/

But I think it doesn´t have anything with them because there is "bitcoin network fee".

Can this be because of many unconfirmed transaction which are now on network or what can be it?

It could be but im not sure about this wallet. Choose other wallet from bitcoin.org official website section choose your wallet. There are wallets that let you adjust fee as you like Smiley, so you choose to pay 1$ or 10$ or 100$ or 0.1$.
I hope you choose better wallet, i can recommend fast wallets, electrum and multibit and a slower one bitcoin core.
