buying these parts (second opinion wanted)

Are you running 3 cards in an enclosed case?  If you do, you will run into cooling issues.  I have three cards running in an open case with one card on a riser cable.

i'll use an open case for this ,and probably a big box fan..i believe this will fine ?

risers will come later if i run into heat issues .

I am pretty new to this and ended up getting a motherboerd with 4 slots for  GPU's but when I started assembling it I realised that the 7950's are so big there physically isn't enough room to get a third card in there. Is there a solution to this. techbytes posted something about a riser cable?

I have some new 1x to 16x cables if you need them.  So make yourself some LTC and we'll trade.

You might have problem fitting one where the 3 USB connections are.  I couldn't use that slot with my board because of that. 
Plus, even if you do, you will have two cards brushing against each other.
