Anyone succeeded in increasing withdrawal limit in Poloniex?

I have been trying to contact Poloniex to raise my account withdrawal limit to > than the 25,000 USD amount of a Type 2 account.

Its has been 4 MONTHS and various tickets and nothing. In one response to one of my ticket, they promised to Skype call to discuss about my request and then disappeared. 

I am speculating, maybe they dont want to raise the limit for members since they are having many withdrawal issues.

Or just plain lazy 

Anyone have your withdrawal limit increased successfully?

Well, I have also applied for a greater greater than 25k withdrawal limit and it has been almost a month. Thus far no response from Poloniex. What kind of ID have you provided for the limit to be raised?

Same with me. I have been waiting for over the month. No response at all.
I have provided passport since I am foreign citizen.
