Hello

I explain my problem. I opened a ticket at poloniex because my google identifier settings were erased when I reset my phone.

I contacted them 7 days ago and I had no answer on the ticket and by email.

I start stressing because I can not trade and I find the long time. Kraken and bittrex processed my request in 2 days.

Do you know when poloniex will answer me?   Cry

Bitcoin addresses contain a checksum, so it is very unlikely that mistyping an address will cause you to lose money.

They usually reply it late though. I had 2-3 tickets answered in 3-4 days average.

Push open ticket again.

BTW did you backed up the key for 2FA. If you did then you can did it without reaching support assistance: https://poloniex.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/1000166431-can-i-access-my-2fa-enabled-account-if-i-lost-access-to-my-2fa-device-

Since last time still no response and I can not access my account for 10 days. This is intolerable for an exchange that manages money and portfolios!

I also sent an email to support@poloniex.com and zero answer.

I am disgusted because poloniex make me lose money.

I sent a ticket to bittrex and cryptopia and they replied in 24h!!

BECAREFUL WITH POLONIEX

I too opened an account 13 days ago, used a Washington state address, and they frozen it. They cannot support Washington state addresses.
I asked to have my BTC withdraw back to my sender account and and they confirmed they would send the request to their withdraws accounts team and 13 days later NOTHING!

I have opened a 2nd ticket and no reply.
I have asked in the troll chat for help and only get be patience for support.

13 days to get support is fraudulent.

They have taken my BTC over $3000 USD which was a test to see the exchange and simply wont withdraw or answer support tickets.

I have contacted my lawyer and sent a formal letter to their registered agent and still no replies.

TRADER BEWARE!!!

Poloniex replied to my request yesterday, I would not fail to keep you informed on the resolution of my ticket.

Me too, I got the same isues. Just lost my 2FA divice (my Pebble smartwatch) and not backup 16 digit key yet. I post a ticket for support about 2-3 days but not receive any answer/support from them except an auto-mail confirmed my ticket is "being processed".

Hope they help me solved my case soon as soon possible.
