Hi

I read a post about a software based on a Linux OS which only boots and mines. Good to be used for a large pool of PCs.  Does anyone remember that post and link to it, please?

BAMT. A Linux/Debian OS meant to do nothing but boot and mine.  I have 2 units running it.

Yeah, its been down for a while.  Part of the reason why it was never updated, the creator wasnt receiving donations.  Dont know any mirrors, but I am sure you can find it out in torrent land somewhere.

My search led me to this link http://www.bitcointrading.com/forum/linux-distros/bamt-version-0-5-easy-usb-based-mining-linux-with-farm-wide-management-tools/#post_maindownloadlink

It also provides more information.

Hope that helps!
