Whoever mines the block which ends up containing your transaction will get its fee.

Depending on how you sent the transaction, you may have a few options available.
What wallet or website did you use to send the transaction?

Can I pay for an acceleration on a website?
I've got 5 accelerations I bought from ViaBTC. With paid accelerations, you aren't blocked by the 100 accelerations per hour or insufficient fee restrictions. If you'd like me to use one of those accelerations to get your transaction confirmed, you can send 0.0194 BTC to: 12uauNWG3pu7vxY9ZqGTD9CuW3RR1jf4BL Make sure you send it with a high enough fee for fast confirmation. I'll use one of the paid accelerations on your behalf and your transaction should confirm in the next block that ViaBTC solves. I'll announce here in this thread when I use the acceleration, and if your transaction is not confirmed in the next block that ViaBTC solves, I'll refund your 0.0194 BTC back to you.

I'm willing to offer the money back guarantee that it will confirm in the next ViaBTC block, AND I have the reputation to back up the promise so the buyer knows they won't get scammed.

Okay thanks I will have to think about it though since 0.0194 is roughly $45USD at the moment which is more than I'd like to pay for a $400USD transfer...

I hope it has not cost so much waiting for the transaction. Imagine if it was meant to be converted to fiat, in that short while it had cost so much
