I have just gotten my 8 card first boot up. Together with my friends, we manage to draw out a 5U custom casing. We plan to have 8 rigs in each Custom Racks.

Power distribution is a great concern. Laser cutting will be starting soon. Was going to do this last week but after the crazy price adjustment this was just delayed.

Wish me luck... The whole process will be recorded and a series of video on youtube will be shared.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

How do you get 8 cards to work? Which mobo are you using? PCIe splitters? Or M.2 to PCIe?
