Hey, so i bought for 50$ ocasionaly r9 270 2gb.
My pc is :

MOBO: ASRocK N68C-S UCC
RAM: 4gb ddr2
CPU: Athlon ii x4 630 (4x2,8ghz)

I wanted to ask if i can use this gpu to mine ethernum on mine computer without any problems?

(I should get around 14mh/s, is that true?)

First, it's Ethereum, not ethernum.

Then... No. You need at least 3GB memory. Your cards only have 2GB.
You can try to mine ETC or other coins.

Ou thanks for correct. I did read that i need 2gb atleast so i bought it. Also stats shows that it gives 14mh/s on ethereum so...

Just did more reasearch beacouse of what you said and i can make like double profit on etc now. Thanks!

it's not the mobo, you are running only one gpu it's the gpu itself that is too old, buy a new graphic card like 470 or 570 or nvidia 1060 if you can't afford a better gpu and you can mine ETH with it
