As of now, your transaction has only one unconfirmed parent transaction... cd6f19b3fbdcff6ce8dcb7114e1019cc6d1dc1fc50987fd6ccc2a7f5ec865e05

if you're really keen to get it pushed... submit the parent transaction to ViaBTC TX accelerator... once it gets one confirmation, submit your transaction to the accelerator.
