For example although Romania is well ranked in your second list, the Romanian sub forum is not as active as some others, hence others are already accepted to the campaign.

The decisions Dark makes could well be about the countries ChipMixer is missing activity from or BitcoinTalk boards that are missing their signature. As I have seen so far, DarkStar is trying to get their advertisement as much visibility as possible. Don't know if it was his or the platform's choice, but it's a very smart one. It's probably the hardest work I've seen yet to be done by a sig campaign manager. Dark surely knows what he's doing.

If a country has under 3% people using/owning cryptocurrencies, it doesn't mean ChipMixer doesn't have activity from it. In fact, it is very probable that a country with small percentage of crypto owners/users has more customers on the platform than a country from the top of the list. That makes the platform decide to advertise in the top countries where less activity comes from.

As part of that section, I simply do not want them to be active just because of DarkStar_ have said, we are advertising, yes... but I'm also concerned about the activities going on that board. What I'm hoping is,...even without this, they can finally join the discussions. Simply after that Yobit Camp has ended the number of users has went down again...

After the bounty of altcoin no longer looked good and many ended in scam, many users began switching to paid-bitcoin campaigns including cryptotalk which eventually turned into yobitaridrop. But the yobit campaign ended a while ago and maybe it will put more and more users back to sleep if they dont get the right campaign and no manager wants to accept it as one of the participants.

Some users who are actively involved in the discussion might not give up and try to continue to contribute to the forum even though no campaigns have been promoted yet. But everyone has different points of view and goals regarding their activities in forums, posts and so on. But I just hope to be able to maintain the consistency I post and engage in discussions so that it will help me to grow better whether when using signatures or not.
We all actually have the opportunity to be accepted into this campaign, but because of the needs and considerations of managers and this campaign we must also recognize and respect all decisions taken. I think everyone still has a chance to join in the future until the manager announces that the registration of new participants is open.

Use Bitcoin Core wallet or Electrum. They both support native segwit and you have the seeds or private keys. Just make sure to get them from the official website, verify the hashes, verify the signatures and you'll be fine.

You can also generate a paper segwit wallet via this site: https://segwitaddress.org/ and import the private key - (in bitcoin core) you end up with three wallet addresses ( 1xxx 3xxx bcxxx ) via the one private key.
