That is so correct, but you also have to see since many who apply here also have good and long-standing campaigns already, it's a bit like playing the lottery, if you are taken you have the prize and otherwise you don't have to be sad because there is another the chance.

It depends not only on the post quality but also what the operator (ChipMixer) is looking for as advertising.

I don't the meticulousness of DarkStar_ but I'm of the opinion that interested users would need to reapply when space opens up again to claim their reserved slots in the shortlist. This would reiterate their interest in the campaign and also show they are still active on the forum.
This is an elite campaign on the forum and everyone into signature campaigns would be interested but that needs to be shown through an application

If you posted your application in the previous application round (regardless of whether or not you made the shortlist), and the post is still there you do not need to reapply. If you no longer wish to join, you can either just delete your application post or tell me when/if you've been accepted.

Who or who are you/those you are referring to? And what exactly do you want to say here? It's a bit confusing eh. You have to dictate or be specific so they understand what you want to say. You want to be part of this campaign but your focus is on other potential applicants. You don't even have to care for them.
