What do you mean? Iasenko and hugeblack. Are you leaving this campaign on your own will?

I'm asking just for curiosity... I know people are trying hard to be accepted in this campaign and I never heard about someone leaving on his own will... And now there are two of you, not just one. I heard also about people dropped from the campaign after a decision of the manager, but this is first time I'm seeing someone leaving the campaign for personal reasons... Maybe I misunderstood, perhaps?

If what DarkStar_ uses in the spreadsheet is consistent (and there's no reason to doubt that something has changed), then there are at least 4 reasons why someone might leave the campaign.

1. The user is removed as is the case with iasenko & hugeblack, example -> Removed.

2. The user left of his own free will, marked as left, example -> Left.

3. The user is removed due to inactivity, example -> Inactivity.

4. The user is removed due red trust from DT1/2 member, but that rule is changed with changes introduced to the Trust system, example -> Red Trust.


I wish good luck to the former members iasenko & hugeblack, and I especially thank iasenko for the beer gift which was delivered with signature campaign payments.

Since there's no minimum weekly post count, this is not much of a valid reason.

The reason is most likely either post quality or the sections/threads they post in.

DS appears to want to have posters participate in diverse sections of the forum so his advertisers provide maximum exposure for ChipMixer. If all CM advertisers post in similar threads, these threads will have every post contain a CM ad, while other threads will have no CM ads.

This is the same thing I was thinking. However, it comes as a surprise at least regarding iasenko. I don't know at all hugeblack, but I know that iasenko has a good overall reputation inside the forum. Afterall, no matter if it's a personal decision or not, we have to take the facts as they are now: two users are off of the campaign.

I'm sorry to those that feel the need to discuss this... but what's the point. This forum for whatever reason has devolved into a place that feels the need to examine every aspect of a members life it seems... well beyond justified scammy behaviour investigations.

Beyond the fact that they were removed speculating on the reasoning is just insulting. Both members from what I've seen have made good contributions to the forum and provided advertising for a decent amount of time.

They both most likely didn't discuss/mention why they left for a reason. I support your message. If they wanted to say something about it, they would've done it. I've seen both of them on the forum here and there and they both deserve kudos for their work. No reason to try and get the answer if they wanted silence.

Agree. No need to try getting the answer if they decide to silence. Respect them! We know it should be about the rules, DarkStar_ decision, and their privacy. Anyway, we cannot always link between their quality and why they are removed. It is a different case. Their contribution to the forum is undoubted, they are really top members. But why they are removed? There should be a reason related to the campaign itself.

I received a message from @DarkStar_ explaining why I had been removed from the campaign. Maybe I understand why I was deleted, but I think @iasenko deserves a chance.
I do not want to interfere with the way that @DarkStar_ conducts this campaign, but I hope from him to give @iasenko an exception for a week to fix the mistake he committed and then evaluate whether he deserves to continue.

Thanks to everyone and I think @iasenko deserves this. He helped me/us several times.
