Maybe this will be weird, but i think that DarkStar_ should accept user nullius (yeah, i know that some time ago he turned into conflict machine with another users). But if this campaign, (as well as main forum) is trying to promote crypto and bitcoin as an entities, this guy should be in it. As one of the most knowledgeable in privacy, cryptography and other bitcoin related things.

But i have a strong feeling that this DS will choose another "scumbuster" or "creator of statistics in META". Pitty

From the previous experience/ my observation, it seems like DS wants to have promoter on certain boards/local sections. This is my observation only. If any user meets that criteria in which DS is looking for promoter, along with the high quality post, best will be picked to fill the spots.
From my observation, nullious is a good poster, in fact he has outstanding knowledge on places you mentioned but DS/ ChipMixer campaign manager has their own criteria, plan, strategy to get better output from the campaign for ChipMixer. Leave DS to pick the participant as per their criteria to find out the best output. As a manager, everyone must be doing that.
